HOW TO BUY


1. Select your size and color.
Make sure you have chosen the correct size by using the guidelines in our size chart.
All clothing is shown in Central European sizes, through the size guide you will see its equivalent in other systems.

2. Choose the country in which you wish to receive your purchase. We ship to most countries, if you do not find yours please send an email to info@ofeliathebrand.com

-Depending on the country the shipping costs will vary.

-Remember that customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the client.

3. In order to complete your purchase, you need to select either payment with a credit card or with a PayPal account. Both are secure methods of payment.

4. Complete the form with your address, billing information, and select your desired method of payment.

5. If your data is validated, the request will complete successfully and you will see the confirmation of purchase along with your order reference. You will also receive this information via e-mail.

 

 

Shippings

Shipping costs differ depending on the country of destination and the product. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and are reflected in the payment page. We remind you that the country’s customs or tax expenses will be borne by the customer. 

In case of making a return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

The goods always travel with postage prepaid and charged on the invoice.

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Ashburn, Virginia.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

 

 

If for any reason when you receive your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all product tags and accessories included.

In order to return your shipment, you need to follow the instructions on the form included in your package.

-The cost of the return shipment will be at your expense.
-We remind you that customs charges or taxes of the country when shipping to the US shall be borne by the customer.
-For more information on Customs and Import charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
-Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

HOW TO RETURN A SHIPPMENT


Enter in the original package the item or items you want to return along with the return form which was included in the original shipment.

1. Place the item in the original shipping box.

2. Fill out the return form and include it inside the box.

3. Close the box and tape it securely.

4. Place the shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. 

5. Contact the authorized transport company for pick up.

Remember that the cost of returning your goods is to be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS


Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers once returned and received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return, a return confirmation will be emailed once received to confirm when a refund will be issued.

-Please retain your return confirmation until you have received your refund.

-Once the refund has been issued a refund confirmation will then be dispatched.

-Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.
We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received a refund.
